4-Methyl-Umbelliferone (4-MU)

This module is configured to measure the inherent fluorescence of 4-methyl-umbelliferone (4-MU).

Fluorescence is measured at 460 nm following excitation by the UV LED.
Relative fluorescent output at 460 ± 20 nm (user settable cursor).
Sample concentration is populated based on a standard curve. There are six choices of units.

Performance Data

A representative spectrum of 4-MU diluted in 0.1mM carbonate buffer is shown above.
